The Sony A6400 Body in black is a mirrorless camera in APS-C format that takes over many of the functions that are normally reserved for full-frame cameras. This includes an autofocus of 0.02 seconds, Real-time Eye AF and Real-time Tracking capabilities, high speed shooting up to 11 fps and silent recording with up to 8 fps, both with AF / AE tracking, an improved BIONZ X image processor, a fully tiltable 180° LCD touch screen, UHD 4K movie recording with full pixel readout and without pixel binning, internal recording for time-lapse videos and more.

The Sony A6400 is suitable for both photo and video creators, ranging from professionals to vloggers. The camera has a 24.2 MP Exmor CMOS sensor and BIONZ X image processor, a wide expandable sensitivity range from ISO 100 to 102,400, combined with accelerated read speeds for internal 4K30 and Full HD 1080p120 video recordings with full pixel readout. The processor is also beneficial for videographers with the inclusion of an S & Q (Slow & Quick) Motion setting that allows Full HD video to be captured with a variety of frame rates of 1-120 fps, plus HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma), which supports HDR workflows and both S-Log2 and S-Log3 for flexibility in color sorting. The compact profile includes an XGA Tru-Finder 2.36m-dot OLED electronic viewfinder with high resolution for clear viewing at eye level. This EVF has a display mode of 120 fps for smooth tracking of fast-moving subjects. A 3.0-inch 921.6k-dot touchscreen TFT LCD monitor on the back is also available and tilts 180° up and 74° down to take advantage of high and low angle shooting. The touchscreen design also allows intuitive touch-to-focus control. Built-in WiFi with NFC enables pairing with a mobile device for wireless remote control and easy online image sharing.

The Sony E 16-50 mm F3.5-5.6 OSS lens is an ideal companion for your compact mirrorless APS-C camera. The lens offers a versatile equivalent zoom range of 24-75 mm, as well as a retractable design that makes your system more manageable when not in use. An extra layer of dispersion element and four aspherical elements help to deliver excellent optical quality throughout the range, combat different aberrations and improve the contrast. The lens is also equipped with Optical SteadyShot image stabilization and a motor zoom mechanism, which will both help you capture smooth and stable photos and videos.
