Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item if:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and box contents are included.
  • The item is not damaged or altered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Used or unboxed items.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Software, memory cards, batteries (unless faulty on arrival).
  • Custom orders or special offers.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted in case of:

  • Defective or damaged items (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
  • Wrong item delivered.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Shipping/Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered.
